Cressie (along with her Mum and brother) has been involved in a local community project making face visors for local Care givers. The group was set up by Sarah Bicknell in Churt and the family are part of a work force group off shoot in Bramshott. In total there are 65 volunteers in Haslemere, Farnham, Midhurst and Bramshott, who in the last two weeks have made 12,000 visors. They are now working towards 15,000 with the goal to make 20,000. They have had great feedback on the quality and high standard of the visor. They are being used at Frimley Park Hospital, Phyllis Tuckwell and local drs surgeries too.
They are now also doing private orders so if you know anyone who needs them please do let the family know. They still need more volunteers, drivers and fund raising - these cost 85p to make so even a fiver makes a huge difference!
